Conditioning: Day 1

HEY RAIDERS!!! We'll see you all tomorrow at 10am for our first day of conditioning! 

In addition, please be prepared to sign up as a team tomorrow at the NYFL office to take advantage of the early-bird rate. You'll still be able to sign up later on if you're not ready to tomorrow, but we wanted families to take advantage of the cheaper rate as much as possible.
